How does God testify to us and so incline our hearts to him?  He does so by reaching out to us through his Holy Spirit to convince us of this truth.  It doesn't have to be through something spectacular.  Most of us haven't seen heaven open up, nor have we met Jesus in the flesh.  It's not because we are good people or extraordinarily smart people  that we believe. "Why"? Because day in and day out, we have experienced the presence of Jesus in and around us in ordinary but very powerful and undeniable ways.  We experience through "Mary", the mother of, "Jesus", the undeniable power of prayer when praying the Rosary.   Then let us join together in praying the Rosary for the intentions that we have listed.  "Thank You Jesus"  for reaching out to us in our day to day lives.

If you haven't made your Rosary Pledge please go to the home page link "Make Your Rosary Pledge".

It is true, you can say the Rosary without using a rosary, but the beads help keep one’s place and dispose one to keep focused on prayer. The Rosary as we know it was developed in the Middle Ages for the people who could not read. Today people pray the Rosary in all sorts of environments: in quiet contemplation, while traveling, while exercising, with their families, or with an audiotape accompaniment. In groups or in a family, one person can say the first half of each prayer, while others respond with the second half.

I t is important when praying the Rosary not to focus on the quantity of prayer, but on its depth. In praying the four sets of mysteries - the Joyful, Luminous, Sorrowful, and Glorious - there is a profound encounter with the central truths of Revelation. The Rosary is, at its heart, a biblical prayer. This is why Scripture verses are often used for meditation with each mystery.

Pray for Guidance       My name is LeRoy J. Angst, and I reside with my wife Elizabeth (Betty) in Dimondale Michigan.  My wife Betty and some very close friends, Howard & Betty Shepherd, George & Janet Mallison, Glenn & Sally Barry, David & Paula Buick, and John & Norma De Rose have supported the ‘Rosary Programs’ from the very beginning in 1999 to the present, March 2006. Kenneth D. Watterson has just joined our Rosary Pilgrimage Committee as our web master.  All of these men are outstanding achievers and long term members of the First, Second, Third, and Fourth Degree Knights of Columbus.  They and their remarkable ladies live in the cities of Lansing, Howell, and Flint Michigan.

The Three Rosary Pilgrimage Projects that the committee put on gave me the idea for a Rosary Pilgrimage Web page. We would need a simple method to unite people from all over the World in prayer for some selected righteous causes. The Rosary is the prayer to be used, and the intentions would have to be kept in tune with the situations facing us today and the future. Mary said, “The Rosary is like a sword or weapon the Mother of God can use to cut down heresy and the forces of evil”, and we believe this Rosary Pilgrimage Web Page will lead the way. The rosary is one of the major prayers within the Catholic way of life. We know that many Non-Catholics also pray the rosary, and some pray it every day. It is our hope that this Rosary Pilgrimage Program will unite Christians, and especially our Christian Youth from all over the world in a common prayer goal. When the people have made a rosary pledge, then the on going rosary count is recorded and the total count grows. This is important so that the people will know that they are not alone when making their pledge to pray the rosary for the intentions that are listed. We were privileged that Carl Malburg was able to bring the world famous sacramental, the International Pilgrim Virgin Statue of our Lady of Fatima for our second and third rosary programs. There is a picture of the Pilgrim Virgin Statue on our Home page, and also on the Peace Plan page.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Well this brings us to where we are at today February 28, 2006, and you are right, we are starting a new Rosary Pilgrimage Program. This time we are using the Internet. It is the only way to get to the "millions of people" in every State of the "USA our wonderful Nation", and to the people in other Countries from all over the World. It is our hope that you will visit our web site and make a rosary pledge for the causes listed, and spread the word by asking your Relatives, and Christian neighbors to make a rosary pledge. Remember, "the rosary is for everyone..."
